Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at christina@madewithhugsnloves.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once we review your claim, we'll follow up within 2 business days with a resolution. If the error was on our end, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Final Sale Items: All products are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. As all items are final sale, return shipping is not applicable.
