At MadeWithHugsNLoves LLC, every item is made to order especially for you. Because each product is created after your order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.


Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are custom-made after your purchase. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong color or design

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental orders

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Please review our sizing charts, product descriptions, and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective

  • Incorrect due to our error

please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve your claim as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

We review all claims within 2 business days.

If the issue is determined to be our responsibility, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method.


Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged product.


Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests are only accepted if production has not yet started.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled.


Return Shipping

Since our products are made to order, we generally do not require or accept physical returns.

If a return is necessary due to an approved claim, we will provide instructions before any item is sent back. Please do not return merchandise without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will gladly help you work with the carrier to locate your shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already entered production or has shipped, we may be unable to replace or refund the order.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to update your order before it is processed.


Final Sale Items

Because every item is produced specifically for each customer, all purchases are considered final sale, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
