Thank you for shopping with MadeWithHugsNLoves LLC. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible while providing clear information about delivery times and shipping procedures.

Order Processing

All of our products are made to order.

Most orders begin production shortly after they are placed and are typically processed within 1 business day.

During holidays, promotional periods, or other high-volume times, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Custom requests, including special sizes or colors, may require 7–14 business days for production. If your order falls into this category, we will notify you by email.

United States Shipping

Shipping Rates

  • Flat-rate shipping: $5.50

  • Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $25

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery

After your order has been shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

  • Standard orders: 4–8 business days from the order date

  • Custom orders: 10–19 business days from the order date

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ship orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Holidays

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Natural disasters

  • High shipping volumes

MadeWithHugsNLoves LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and your order has already entered production or shipped, we may be unable to modify or replace the order.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us. We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to locate your shipment.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations, including:

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

  • Italy

  • Australia

All international orders are shipped from our studio in the United States.

Estimated International Delivery

After shipment, estimated delivery times are:

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

  • Italy: 7–21 business days

  • Australia: 10–20 business days

Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.

International Shipping Rates

International shipping rates are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges.

These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

MadeWithHugsNLoves LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict or reimburse them.

European Union

Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to VAT and customs processing in accordance with local regulations.

United Kingdom

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and carrier handling fees upon arrival.

Australia

Australian orders may be subject to GST and other applicable import charges.

Canada

Canadian orders may be subject to GST/HST, customs duties, and brokerage fees determined by the Canada Border Services Agency.

Customs Declarations

International shipments must be declared at their full purchase value in accordance with U.S. and international laws.

We cannot mark shipments as gifts or declare a lower value.
